Hello, I’m Soph – the proud founder of Cleo’s Castle Pet Services, inspired by my beloved little fluff queen, Cleo. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to the world of animals, and over the years, that passion has flourished into a dedicated career. With formal qualifications including Level 2 and 3 in Animal Management, as well as Level 3 in Dog Grooming and Salon Management, I bring both expertise and heartfelt care to every grooming session. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and style are always my top priorities. At Cleo’s Castle, located on New Romney High Street, we offer bespoke grooming experiences tailored to each dog’s unique needs. Full groom

Deshed Full groom

Includes a bath, blow-dry, full brush out and full body deshed. Eyes and ears cleaned (Not plucked) and nails clipped
Refresh groom

Includes a bath, blow-dry and full brush out for maintenance between full grooms
Hand strip

Includes a bath, blow-dry and hand strip. Eyes and ears cleaned (Not plucked) and nails clipped (For wired and Silky coated dogs only)
Princess/Prince puppy pamper

Includes a bath, blow-dry, full brush out and sanitary tidy (Only puppies younger than six months)
King/Queen Deluxe pamper

Includes a bath, facial, mineral mud mask, Deluxe pawicure, blow-dry, full brush out and full body deshed or styling. Eyes and ears cleaned (Not plucked) and nails clipped. Finished with balm and perfume
Comfort pamper

Includes a bath, blow-dry, full brush out and comfort styling (Only for elderly dogs who struggle with a normal groom)
Teeth cleaning

Gentle ultrasonic teeth cleaning to remove food particles, plaque and bacteria

I recently took my Shih tzu, Dodger, to Cleo’s Castle Pet Services for a full groom, and I am beyond impressed with their work. Dodger is extremely sensitive and has been to six different grooming shops, where he often upset other dogs with his crying and was difficult for the groomers to handle. Despite this, Cleo’s Castle did a fantastic job grooming him. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly patient with Dodger. I was amazed that they were willing to have him back for another grooming session. The service was beautiful, and they even provided a lovely gift bag at the end of his first grooming. We are definitely booked for a second grooming. Highly recommend Cleo’s Castle Pet Services!

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS

Payment should be made on collection of your dog. I can accept payment by cash or card. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

GROOM FEEDBACK

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your pet’s groom please let me know within 3 days (preferably, before you leave). Reasonable requests to alter the trim will be dealt with immediately or changes noted for the next groom. Please don’t leave negative feedback anywhere without contacting me first, I take great pride in our service and want my clients to feel the same.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Your dog may be photographed before, during and after its groom. Photographs may be used on my website, social media or other printed materials.

NO DRYING CAGES

I have a strict no drying cages policy. All of my clients’ are finished by hand by myself. I choose this for the safety and well-being of my clients.

FORMS

By signing the forms, You understand that your pets will be treated with the utmost loving care and attention. You leave your pet(s) at your own risk. You understand that in an emergency, should a vet be required at any time during the grooming process, that the cost will be payable by you. You understand that, if your pets coat is matted, this establishment is not responsible for your pet's skin condition.

DROP OFF

Please be punctual. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to re-schedule. I work by appointment only; the appointment slot allocated for your pet's groom has been booked at your request exclusively. A no-show results in lost income. I treat late arrival as a missed appointment, in which case the deposit you have paid will become non-refundable.

COLLECTION

I work by appointment and do not have the staff or facilities for your pet to stay after the groom has been completed. Any pets not collected at the agreed collection time will incur an additional charge. For every 15 minutes that a pet is kept in holding after the agreed collection time, I will charge £15 per 15 minutes.
